We have installed Prime Collaboration Assurance and Analytics 9.5.0.34267 and wanted to upgrade to SP1. Readme files says that we must login with user admin via SSH Port 26. But it seems to be that this user is not created. With login root and then su admin, i get the message: user admin does not exist. How can i start the upgrade without user admin, or how can i activate user admin?

Hello,
I have the issue that i have the Upgrade file on the Root, but Ehen i Start the Upgrade then i got. the Message that the manifest file is Not found in the Bundle .

Apologies for the delayed response. The admin user must be created during the installation process.
ssh admin@primecollab -p 26
admin@primecollab's password:
