Hi Guys,
We are deploying Cisco Spark and have already deployed to about 30 users and for one user we are also stuck on this same issue. It is a relatively new build of windows 10 and the user has had WebEx installed which uses the same SSO for WebEx so I am confused why he is stuck on the same screen and does not want to accept his email address.
We have reinstall Spark and have not made any progress.
Has anyone managed to figure out the issue.

Hi everyone,
we had the same issue for one user when trying to login to the Webex Teams App for Windows. After a reset of the http proxy it was working as expected again.
For the reset of the http proxy type in the following in CMD (Command Prompt):
C:\Windows\System32\>netsh winhttp reset proxy
