Cisco has very strict requirements on hardwares.
"HP DL320 G3" alone cannot be claimed as "supported". You have to match every part number, such as PCI riser, battery options of RAID controller, etc.
The RedHat screen will pop up if you're using an external DVD drive or the software cannot find the hardware component it wants.
To install CCM 6.1.2 on DL320-G3, you need to order the following parts:
370669-001: DL320R03 P3.4-1MB, 1GB, 80GB SATA
354563-B21: 1GB UNREG PC3200 1X1GB Memory
349237-B21: 80-GB SATA 1.5-Gb 7,200-RPM Hard Drive (1")
374303-B21: DL320G3 DVD-ROM Drive
372702-B21: DL320G3 FLOPPY DRIVE (Required for installation of SW SATA RAID)
