CCM disk problem???

Hi,

Today I return from my vacation and  noticed red light on CCM HDD!!

In system report I found this:

physicaldrive 1:1

         Port: 2I

         Box: 1

         Bay: 1

       Status: Failed

Please can someone advice me what to do? Can I repair this? Check some other thing?? I appreciate any advice.

You can try to run the latest FWUCD available for 7835-H2.

If that does not help, if this is a Cisco provided MCS server which is  under contract/warrenty you should open a service request for the faulty part to be replaced. If this server was purchased from HP, you need to contact HP for replacing the parts.

Thank you on your replay. I will first study what I need to do... and next week I will try to upgrade.
