CCME XFER direct to VM CUE fails with reorder

Hi,

CCME/CUE

We are trying to get reception to be able to transfer calls direct to VM

extension range is 712XX

VM pilot is 71210

We setup an ephone that forwards all to VM as below

number 871277

description Xavier direct to VM

call-forward all 71210

under Xavier's CUE mail box he has an e.164 num setup as 871277 as well as he's extension 71277

When someone calls the ephone-dn 871277 it should foward to CUE VM though it fails and user gets reorder

how can we rectify this issue ?

If you just call 71210, do you get voicemail? You should only get reorder if that number is not truely the pilot number. You can do a "debug ccsip message" from the CME router; it would also help to see the CUE and CME configuration (show run) to be certain.
