CCX Call Tagging

Our client has a CCX with Finesse as desktop, they want that the agents can tag each call (during the call or during wrap-up time) including the following information: 

- Client Type

- Reason of the call

The values of each option must be selected from a drop down menu, stored in custom fields of CCX Database  and viewed from the reporting.
