CDR (Call Detail Record) problems

Hello there,

I am having a few problems running CDR on a CUCM 6.1 server.

So here goes:

1. First of all, in the Disaster Recovery System, when I try to perform a manual backup of the system, in the Select Features section I do not see the CDR_CAR option, even dough CDR is configured correctly for this server.

2. Secondly, in the CDR Errors report, I get lots of errors. I cannot figure out why this happens. Here's a listing:

Error Description % of each Error

destLegIdentifier in a CDR record is not a positive integer. 0.07

dateTimeConnect in a CDR record is not a positive integer. 77.23

destDeviceName in a CDR record is null. 22.68

origDeviceName in a CDR record is null.

0.02

3. Lastly, in the System Overview, Gateway Summary report, I only see 2 gateways listed, even dough I have four of them in my network (configured as H323 gateways in the call manager). Is this a problem? And if so, how can it be solved?

I would really appreciate any tip regarding my problems.

Thanks in advance,

Alexandru Mocanu

Hi!

This is for issue #1:

In newer CUCM versions, when you do a DRF backup and select the CCMDB component (the only one listed), the CDR/CAR DB is include in there.

If you go to the CCM CLI and do the following:

file list activelog /platform/drf/log/

Then do a file view activelog /platform/drf/log/

If you check the CCMDB backup file and you will see that CDR data was backed up.

HTH! If it does, please rate :)

Salut

Din ce vad ai reusit sa configurezi CDR-ul sa mearga.

Eu am o problema si mai ciudata cu CUCM 6.1

Nu reusesc sa il fac sa scrie ceva in baza de date. Nu are nici o inregistrare.

Cum ai configurat CUCM sa verse inregistrari?
