CDR storage in CUCM

Hello,

Can you let me know where I can check the

1. Settings for CDR / CMR storage details in Cisco CUCM

2. Change the settings to see the high water mark and low water mark

3. Delete the CDR / CMR records to hold the storage space.

CUCM Serviceability>Tools>CDR Management

Disk allocation/High Water Mark/Low Water Mark

You can either manually delete or change the high water mark and it will automatically delete.

To Purge this manually:

CUCM Serviceability>Tools>CDR Analysis and Reporting

A new window will open

System>Database>Manual Purge
