Cell Phone as IP Communicator

Dear Sir,

How i can use my normal mobile phone as IP communicator , which i can call from anywhere using my office phone .

It depends on what phone you have and what you use for phone control, including version.

Also, you do not mention if you want this for only office or out of the office.

With that little info you provide the answer is: try a SIP client for your mobile and configure it as a SIP endpoint in your call agent.
