I'm integrating CER 8.0(1) working with CUCM 8.0(3). CM servers are composed of both VM and physical servers.
CER doesn't recognize the phones that are registered to the VM and in the logs says the CM hardware is not supported. It does however recognize the phones registered to the physical server.
I thought this was fixed in 8.x but maybe not? I read there was a hack to get to this work but I'd rather not do that. Any ideas on what to do?
