I have been trying to debug an issue where return calls to CER (913XXXXXXXXXX) are being sent to the onsite alert phone # instead of the calling station. I have been looking at the config guides, and I can't find where it says anything about that. Is that expected behavior? Most of the sites for this customer don't have onsite alert numbers, and return calls are routing as expected there. The problem site has CER V14 and CUCM V12.5.
