Change password at Unity!!

Hi,

Unified messageing 4.0 with exchange 2000.

Users can check voice mail from outlook, but our users always forget their password if they want to check from their phones.

Is there anyway to assign RIGHT to helpdesk, so they can only change password at unity for all subscribers??

4.0 what? 4.0(5)? If so, yes, you can go to the Class of Service page and you'll see an option on the "System Access" page for "Can unlock subscriber accounts and change passwords" - you can deny other access to things like call handlers, subscribers etc... and leave just this on such that your help desk folks can change PW and unlock user accounts via the web based SA.

I don't have a 4.0(4) version handy to look at - you'll have to check the COS pages yourself...

Ok, sorry bother again.

I setup CoS page, but my questions is how to access from webpage.

For instance,

We have alais called "helpdesk" with extension 8100 account at unified messaging.

So i try to use username: helpdesk, and the password that for checking voice mail from ip phone. But it doesnt work.
