Hi everyone, we are implementing a new CUCM BE6K ver10.5, with not subscriber servers
During installation our customer changed DNS Ip addres and NTP Ip address.
We just need to confirm proper procedure to change DNS Ip address on our CUCM, as we have read we must:
a) From CLI: set network dns primary X.X.X.X
b) Reboot server.
But we are not sure if we have to delete and recreate the ELM product instances for our CUCM and our Unity servers
Thanks in advanced for your support
best regards

Hi Enrique,
just go through this thread
https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12089806/changing-dns-server-addrresses-cucm-9-cluster
secondly, what I understand since it is a migration on new hardware , so u need to create a new product instance and generate text file and share it with licensing team .
