Changing the Directory Handler Greeting

In Unity 4.0 is there a way to change the greeting used by the directory handler other than the standard "Spell the last and first name, then press pound"?

I'd like to change this so callers don't think the full name is required to get a search response.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
