Our Customer is splitting between 2 different companies and we have moved the Attendant Console server, so it now has a new Domain Name and IP address. As a result, the Attendant Console Operator application is still trying to log on to the old server and failing. Is there any way to change the settings on the Operator's PC in a config file anywhere rather than do a complete re-install? (Version 11.0.2) All of the CTI Route Points and CTI ports have re-registered OK and CUCM connectivity is fine.
