You should not have any problems changing the UnityAdmin account's password.
You can change the other UnityMsgStore and UnityDirSvc account passwords also. After changing the passwords in windows domain, then change the passwords for the services that use those accts.
Open the Services.Msc applet. Sort by Log On As. Change the passwords for those accounts.
If you installed unity by following the installation guide, see this link for the accts used: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps2237/products_installation_guide_chapter09186a008022b8ae.html#wp1675532

is there any tools/utlities?

Are there any tools/utilities what? That would be afected by you changing the PW on the service accounts? No - most of the stand alone tools do not care and do not need to know what the PW of the service accounts are - those that do (i.e. the Directory Access Diagnostic tool) need you to log in as those accounts before you run them.
