CIPC upgrade to 8.6

Hi,

I`m using 7.0.5.0 CIPC but I`ve found that there are sometimes problems with time on it ( -1h). I know and tested that on version 8.6 there is no problem. My question is: Can I download version 8.6 from Cisco page and use it or I need to buy also some upgrade pack? I`m asking this cause I`ve found something like this on few pages:

Cisco IP Communicator 8,6 upgrade - IPCOMM86-UPG-K9=

Hi

I assume you have a CUWL/UCL license package for CUCM that covers use of soft clients?

I would assume that upgraded versions of IPC would be covered under that as Jabber/standard phone firmware would be.
