Hi,
We are running CUCM 10.0 version with the latest firmwares on the phones. We have an issue only with the 69xx series phones, when I try to search names in the corporate directory on 6941 phones, I get xml error 4 parse error, below is the error from the phone console which says the name searching is too long. Please note this issue was there with our 79xx series phones with old firmwares, which got fixed when we upgraded the firmwares but 69xx series still shows the error with the latest firmwares as well. Any assistance would be much appreciated !!!

Looks like you're hitting BugID CSCuq30042 There's no fix yet on the BugID. But the BugID only shows the bug against the SCCP firmware (Which doesn't mean it doesn't affect the SIP firmware). Have you tried the SIP firmware instead?

Hi Mohammed Riyas AT and Gordon Ross,
I had this problem too (BugID CSCuq30042) and now Cisco has the following firmware that solve the problem:
SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3.r4839.zz.sgn SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3.r4839.loads
Hope this helps.
