cisco 7911 locale change issue

Hi, in CUCM 8.5 all 7911 suddenly reloaded and when registed again language was changed to english (all were in spanish at first). I made a bulk phone locale change to english back again, reloaded TFTP service, reloaded CM but nothing happens, they still in english. What could be wrong?

Hi

Please repeat the pervious steps , restart the TFTP server  you do not need to reload your CM. Reset your Cisco IP phones H/W. Other method , kinsly find the below
