Cisco 9971 Power Issues

Hello EveryBody,

I have 9*9971 with 1 KEM for each phone with external Power CUBE 4. Two from them behaves differently than others.

From time to time, those two phones reboots suddenely and reboots also when I unpluggs the Power CUBE-4.

My question is how is the behavior of Cisco 9971 when I have Cable plugged to 802.3af Switch and also connected via Power CUBE-4 ?

Check the firmware etc is same on the phones?

Check the switch port power?

Cabling?

if problem persists you may need to open a TAC case.
