In the infrastructure I support, we have Cisco Unified Communication manager 8.5.1 as the PBX set up and Genesys as the contact centre intelligence. We are facing an issue with a particular user, who is trying to login to the Genesys work space on the computer and is automatically getting logged off (almost thrice or four times a day) giving an error Cisco JTapi Address Out Of Service. Now what can be the cause please and how can we sort it out?
This is happening for only one user.
