Hello Guys,
I have a customer that is moving to CUCM 8.0.3 fro Call Manager 4.1.3. The customer currently uses the built in Call Manager Attendant console and have built a pretty extensive speed dial list with the application. Is there a way to migrate / export / import these local speed dials from Call Manager Attendant Console in Cisco Unified Business Attendant Console 8.0.3?
Thanks
Rich

I don't believe there is. We faced a similar issue moving to CUEAC from the Attendant Console that came with 6.1. I had to manually re-enter all this information again, and you'll find that the speed dials area of CUBAC is arguably not as good as it was in the old Attendant Console.

If you can get it out into a CSV file or flat file, you might be able to massage it and import it into the CUBAC. (enterprise version)
