Cisco Bash Upgrade

I am on version 8.6.2 for CUCM and Cisco Unity Connection. I recently updated my subscribers with bash, and I also did one unity connection. On the subscribers, I can log in to OS Admin click Show > Software, and I see the bash cop file.

In my Unity Connection server, I try to do the same, and I do not see the bash cop file. So, I tried the upgrade again because I thought it did not install correctly, and it says the file is there.

I am in a virtual environment.

I need some guidance on what I did wrong.

Thanks!

Try a "show tech version", that should show it installed as I recall...or show version active....

I used "show tech version", and I can see that the bash cop file has changed to a different version.

Why will the new bash file not show in OS Admin?

Thanks

I don't know, it's something others were asking too.  That was the best info I could provide you.

I have one more question. Can you confirm the new bash file version?

For me, the old bash file was 3.2(32.e15) to the new bash file 3.2(33e15_11.4).

Thanks

The version running for me will be different since we are on different versions.  bash  4.1.2(15.el6_5.2)
