Hi Guys,

We want to upgrade our Call Manager 11.0.x to Call Manager 12 to use the Skype Integration, Cisco Meeting Bridge, ... .

The Bug CSCvg43550 will crash our 3rd Party Contact Center. Are there information about a release date of the Version 12.0(1.22007.1)? Our Partner do not have further information.

Thanks for a response.

Frank

Hi,

CUCM 12.0(1)SU1 - 12.0.1.21900-7 didn't appear on the Known Affected Releases, have you try this version on a lab?

Hope this helps,

Marcelo Morais

Hi,

Thanks for the response. This was the answer of the contact center support.

*****

Please note that Cisco has a bug in the current TSP for CUCM V12.

This is Cisco bug ID CSCvg43550 and will be solved in the following CUCM releases:

  1. UCMAP.12.5(0.98000.103)
  2. CUP.12.5(0.98000.257)
  3. CUC.12.0(0.97000.76)
  4. CCM.12.5(0.98000.202)
  5. CCM.12.0(1.22007.1)

******

My lab don’t include the contact center, but I installed the Version 12.0.1.21900 to test the upgrade. This version include the TSP 12.0(0.9), which is infected, too.

Because of this and the support of the vendor, I want to wait for the next release.

Thanks for a response,
Frank
