CIsco Callmanager - CUWL Pro 35 license bundle promotion

One Virtual Engineer Cisco told us when we buy new BE6K  (even though not new install, add on to existing cluster)

we entitled to buy 35 CUWL Pro license.

But other Virtual engineer told us different.

So I just try to understand which is right and how Cisco Licensing will know if this is new BE6K install or add-on to existing cluster  to entitled the 35 CUWL Pro promotion?

If you have then I think you should probably reach out to your Cisco Accounts Manager for a final confirmation which should be able to check this internally using his resources to provide a final and definite answer.
