Thanks all. I have a problem about CUC.

It suddenly stop working and alerts "Violation license" on web portal. No Configuration changes on these day.

At this moment, it is using demo license and this is the reason of violation license.

I re-install the license file again. However, it install fail. Error code as the attachment.

CUC version is 8.5.1.10000-26

The errors all reference a host ID problem. Assuming this is NOT a BE5k, that release uses a hash instead of the real MAC address. The hash is derived from a bunch of platform-level settings:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/install/8_0_2/install/cmins802.html#wp584709
From the CLI type “show status” and compare the License MAC shown to the Host ID in your license files. If any of the platform settings used to generate the hash have been touched, change them back and restart the VM.
If you can’t change it back for some reason your only option might be to upgrade. That release of CUC is past end-of-support:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/unified-communications/unity-connection/eos-eol-notice-c51-731028.html
Because of that I doubt that GLO will rehost the license, though you’re welcome to try.
Last resort is your Cisco AM/SE as they can at least advocate on your behalf and sometimes - no promises - override entitlement issues.

Is this standalone or Business Edition installation?
