Cisco CUCM 12.0 Smart Registration Failed

Hello,

I have a CUCM version12.0 and it was registered with smart software licensing over 2 years now 

Now when I go to the license management I got attached message

When I go to the licensing settings:

Transport gateway URL I have below:

http://72.163.4.38:80/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService

Is it possible that this has changed?

How this is communicating with cisco cloud ?
Direct or through satellite ?

I deregister and register again and it worked
