Hi.

Please help with uploading to Cisco CUCM 10.5 security certificate. I have done all steps from this link but can not upload tomcat-trust at stage 7:

7. Server Admin Uploads Root Certificate(s) as tomcat-trust

https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/30501/cucm-uploading-ccmadmin-web-gui-certificates

I thing this from CUCM version i use version 10.5 and this article may be for version 7.

Please help with uploading tomcat-trust certificate as root.

In attachment i add screen shot from my CUCM, as you see i don't have field Root certificate.

What is the error message you are getting there, the steps are same for v10.5 as well

Regards

Deepak

I getting no errors in this step. Just i can not see field when i must upload tomcat-trust cert as root cert. All steps from 1 to 6 I done but can not config it from 7 step.

Cisco Unified Operating System Administration >> Security >> Certificate Management >> Upload Certificate/Certificate chain, if this is what you mean

In the newer versions of CM, there are only three fields that you need to fill:

Certificate Purpose

Description(friendly name)

Upload File

Deepak

Agreed here.

Just select tomcat-trust, fill in a description for personal reference, browse for file and upload. Once you upload the trust(root) file, you can then upload the regular tomcat that was signed from the CA in your trust cert based on the CSR you generated.
