Hi All,
I have set up a lab for CCM 9.1 and IMP 9.1 and everything seem to have integrated well.
I can even use the Jabber for Windows client to use as a Softphone, however I am not able to see any of the Contacts nor I am able to add/them nor I am able to do any IM / Chat with any of the Contacts.
I have surely enabled the Instant Messaging under the Messaging > Settings.
Just wondering what am I missing here?

Start by checking your directory integration.

How do I check it? In the CCM I do see LDAP Synchronized users for sure and I am able to login to the Jabber Windows client fine.
Also I am able to login to the ccmuser into the CCM, is there anywhere else I should check?

I guess you are talking about the Config and Admin Guide for IMP?
