UCCX\Can I display how many calls in queue

Hi all,

Kindly i activate call queuing in uccx and it's work very well but i wonder is there possibility to show up how many calls in queue in CAD 

beacuse i just can see one i queue, when second one in queue i can't see it.

No problem.  You may want to begin researching wallboards for UCCX to see what options best fit your needs.  As for RTR, it is the real time reporting portion of UCCX.  You can browse to it by following https://X.X.X.X/appadmin/RTR and then log in with the UCCX admin creds.

Hello,

Can you tell us the version of UCCX that you are currently running?  As far as I know the CAD does not have any options for displaying queue information.  You may have to create a wallboard that queries the informix database or you could always grant your agents access to the real time reporting so that they can simply pull up the "Overall CSQ Waiting Contacts Info" page amongst other reports to see CSQ info.

Thanks for the reply.  The above still stands in this case.  You can either create a wallboard to display the agent/CSQ/etc stats or you can let the agents use the RTR to view that information.

I could see the Call waitings in "Agent Real time Displays" but just number without details such as calling number

Right, it's only going to show the amount of calls waiting in queue.
