@mohamed.abouzaenin I recommend rebooting your cluster using steps below.
1. In CUCM, go to System > Presence Redundancy Groups. Click on the redundancy group and uncheck the "Enable High Availability" box, if it is checked, and hit save. (if you only have one IM&P, then this step does not apply).
2. Reboot CUCM Publisher, and wait until all the services are all the way up
3. Reboot IM&P publisher along with any CUCM subscribers.
4. Once the IM&P publisher is all the way back up, reboot IM&P subscriber
Once done with the reboot, re-enable IM&P high availability if applicable.
