Cisco IP Phone Announcement

Hi Cisco

May i know how can i configure in cucm to enable the announcement feature?

Requirement:

1. Admin will set what time will announcement come across to all ip phone

2. May need to configure Voice and Text announcement

3. The IP phone will automatic receive call and user answer will hear the voice announcement. 

Question:  

1. Is it possible the cisco phone configure Voice announcement? If yes..

2. What device i must have? Unity? or else?

3. Is it possible the cisco phone make Text announcement?   If yes..

4. What device i must have? is it enough use CUCM?

Thank you for the information. I just read the document we may need singlewire appliance to enable those feature is it right?

May i know singlewire appliance is cisco product or third party?

Singlewire can meet the requirement? which is can enable voice announcement. For example admin set every 1.00 p.m all phone will ringing then user answer and hear the announcement voice.

I believe text announcement can be enable is it right ? For example admin set every 1.00 p.m all phone will receive text message about the announcement

Looks like it is possible with the Advanced package of Informacast, see below
