Cisco Jabber on Mac not connecting to Desktop phone

I have some clients who are not connecting to Voice Services using Jabber v9.6.1.  I am connected just fine and the connection info is the same for me as the other clients.  What should I look for?  I have attached an error log from one of the problem machines for reference.

Hi Robert,

can you please specify the version of CUCM and IM&P are you running?

Also ensure that directory number has been associated with jabber user under dn configuration page of device you want to connect
