Cisco MediaSense recording file size

Hi
i'm running cisco mediasense  10.5 since a week i noticed that the recording Media partition atteint 57% (200 G size of partition ) it's to much for a recording solution !!!

so how can i know the type and size of recording file and also is there any special configuration to reduce the size of recording files
