Hi,
I have QM 8.5(2) integrated with CCX and CUCM 8.5(2)
Recently, CUCM/CCX IP addresses have been changed and CCX was upgraded to SU4
From QM administrator and using the old credentials, I change all IP addresses to match the new CUCM/CCX IP addresses including QM server IP from the application admin and server NIC.
QM runs on physical server and has got IP connectivity to all parties.
Afterwards, I'm unable to login to Quality management administrator with the following error:
"Error getting admin Password,Cannot validate admin password"
Pls advise,
