Cisco UCM Self Care Portal - drag/drop to change speed dial order

FEATURE REQUEST

Please update the Self Care page so that speed dials can be reordered by drag & drop.
This would be marvelously efficient compared to the current method.

Also, please update the labels of the speed dial fields:

 - 'Number/URI' should be called 'Phone Number/URI'
 - Label is good

 - 'Speed Dial' should be 'Position'

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong area, please advise if so.
