Lot of people would be interested in 'what'?? If you mean answering your question, yeah sure you should expect the same.
CUCM in itself is wide product, CME too. It is very difficult to exactly pin-point on the differences, still I did google it for you. Would suggest you to browse through documents as much as possible, this will prepare for you to understand the basic product architecture. Any specific question, let us know.

As pointed by Vivek these are two completely different platforms. If you are only interested in the features they support then just check the following links which detail CUCM and CME features separately
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmeadm/cmeroad.html
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/11_0_1/featureConfig/CUCM_BK_FE5123E0_00_cucm-feature-configuration-guide_1101.html
You can compare these and it should be good enough if you are just interested in the features.
If you are planning to deploy any of these then you should engage your Cisco Account team as there are a lot of factors that need to be considered before deploying any of these platforms.
