hi guys,
i am trying to integrate presence on cuac advancd version 12. so when i go to engineering->presence management, it asks for information such as Presence user ID, domain, hostname (IMP info), port, end user (in example@domain format) and passowrd.
where do i get this end user information from?? do i need to create a generic user in cucm end user page with directory URI and other detailed filled. then sync the users from cucm to cuac (i am using cucm sync instead of ldap for now). which is what i did but no luck. do i need to manually install some drivers? the instruction on installation guide not that clear. hoping someone can shed some light here thanks.
