Hi,
Cisco Unified Attendant Console is logging off users automatically during at random times.
User has to login back in again. Any chance to verify what is causing the auto log off process ?
System Version: 12.0.5.10-13 |
Administration Version: 12.0.5.1823 |
Thank you.
Regards,
Daniel

CUAC server and client side (to version 14.0.1.20) were upgraded to version 14 and that resolved the issue.

In the user guide I was able to find the below.
Idle User - Automatic Logout
If you are logged in but do not use the console for longer than the duration set by your system
administrator, the Cisco Unified Attendant Console Advanced server will log you out of the console.
Anybody knows where can I see what value is currently set for the idle user?
EDIT:
I managed to check it under - User Configuration - General Properties - Session Idle Setting
Session Idle Setting is already set to 0 so the option should be disabled.
Thanks,
Daniel
