Cisco Unified CM Administration - Administrator password reset error

I have a Cisco Unified Communication Manager 9.x VM to which I can login to the shell. I want to reset the Cisco Unified CM Administration administrator password. But when I give the "utils reset_ui_administrator_password" command I am getting the error "Executed Command UnSuccessfully. No Valid Command Entered".

I tried ssh to the VM via putty, but is getting the same error.

How would I be able to reset the Cisco Unified CM Administration administrator password, so that I could login via the browser.

I would try this command: utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password
