Hi Amir
Yes, Unified Service Monitor can be used without Unified Operations Manager. The download image for USM contains all the components required to run by itself, except Windows Server, which is always a customer purchase from Microsoft.
Check the USM install guidehere if you run into any problems. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6536/prod_installation_guides_list.html
I'll check back here in case you have any updates.
Thanks,

Dear Jim
Thanks for your reply
I’d like to know that whether this part number : (L-USM-B-1K=) shipped with unified service monitor Media Kit or not?
Thank you

There is no disc shipped with the product. It is now a download image from cisco.com software download site, http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/navigator.html?mdfid=280110371&i=rm. This site is accessible with a software download access to cisco.com, part of any SAS or SAU service agreement. An alternate download site is the Cisco Marketplace, https://cisco.mediuscorp.com/market/networkers/listSubCat.se.work?TRGT=8&/nxt/rcrs/=1126. Each site contains the USM software image with a 90 day trial license key included. The 1000 phone permanent function is activated for the production network when the MAC associated key is added to the server. This key is obtained from the Cisco software licensing site using the PAK (Product Authorization Key) that was sent to the e-mail address on the order.
Let me know if you have any problems,
Jim
