Dear All,
We have a Cisco MCS 7800 with Win 2k Server and another Win 2003 Server box with Exchange 2003 installed.
We are trying to install Cisco unity 4.0(4) and when we are running the Permission Wizard after choosing Exchange 2003 and then clicking on the next button for Install account, nothing happens.Next button gets grayed out.
I am wondering if someone was running in this problem before and what was the fix.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Mike

Hi Mike -
Check to see if the server that is your Domain Controller is also a Global Catalog server. We have seen this problem with the Permissions Wizard when the DC was not also a GC. Once it was made a GC, we could see the accounts appear correctly and continue.
Sincerely,
Ginger

All,
I manage to pass tha Permision Wizzard issue and I've got another problem when I am running DB Walker and that is " Component "TABCTL32.OCX" or one of its dependencies not currently resgistered: a file is missing or invalid" and I am wondering how I can fix this problem.
Thanks a lot for your help.

All,
I would like everybody to know that due to a previous failed Cisco Unity installation on the Unity Server by the another engineer who left the company I run in weird errors . After running the Uninstall utility I started with a clean install which made the installation smoothly.
Thanks everyone for the support.
Regards,
Mike
