When going into Unity, I'm trying to find the call tree for when someone calls our main number. (for example "hit 1 for secretary" "hit 2 for administrator"). I know I've done it in the past, but for some reason I cannot find it for the life of me. I know that I am working on an outdated version. Would anyone be able to assist?

It should be a call handler, you should be able to find which one if you follow the call flow from the PSTN
