Cisco Unity 8.6 Call Handler

Hi,

  I working with Cisco Unity 8.6 and attempting to setup a system call handler. The call handler should play the initial greeting which lays out the options the caller has. One of those options will need to take the customer to a prerecorded message that gives them information. At the end of the message the customer can choose to hear the message again or press another button to go back to the main message. My question is, what would be the best way to get the customer to that prerecorded message? Do I need another call handler setup and have the main call handler transfer to the secondary handler? Is there a way to accomplish this without using another call handler?

You will need another call handler to play the info message after setting it as a caller input option.
