I upgraded our CUC 10.5 Cluster to 12.5su2 and now we are experiencing random burts of Jitter, but a constantly increasing Receiver Discarded packets counter while viewing the call statistics on a phone. As a result, the audio quality from CUC 12.5 sounds distorted.I have upgraded my Esxi hosts to 6.7U3, and I have installed all versions between 10.5 to 12.5. I even went to the extent of plugging a phone directly into the Esxi hosts ethernet port to eliminate the network being an issue, and the only version spiking with Jitter is 12.5. Is anyone experiencing this issue?
