Cisco Unity Connection (CUC) - LDAP User Import based on Security group and then Assign a template

Need CUC to automatically import users and assign a certain role or user template to them if they are added to a specific security group. (These are help desk users).  The admin username accounts they will be using to sign into CUC is different than there windows account which is associated with their voicemail profile.

Current Process - Right now we have to import the new hires and assign the correct template to them

Would Like - When a user is added to a security group in AD, then when CUC does its nightly sync, it will automatically import the user and assign a preconfigured user template to the account and everything is automatic and I never have to import these users again.

Right now the current help desk users are already imported via LDAP and have the role assigned to them.

That not something CUC can do out of the box.

The only CUC offers, is to do the LDAP sync, and once they're in CUC, to do the import, choosing the template.
