Can't find any good documentation on faxing capabilities for Unity. We have Unity Connection on release 11.5 and want to set up inbound faxing to user mailboxes. Is this a built in feature to the Unity server or do you have to have 3rd party servers involved?
Unity has a built-in tool for faxing which is limited. I believe it is less than 50 users. It is called Fax Util. CUC also supports 3rd party integrations like Xmedius, Cisco Fax, OpenText Right fax.
What I've found is it look to be a configuration wizard as if you were running windows. The server is a Linux server, so following the documentation below isn't making much sense.
