Cisco Unity Connection Upgrade from 8.5 to 11.x

Hi Guys,

I'm not so expert, for this reason I need your help concerning following topic:

I have to upgrade Unity from 8.5.1 to 11.x, may I know what I need exaclty, I mean all exactly list of objects (license, COP or ISO, other...).

Have you already reviewed the upgrade guide and the RN?

Those have to be thoroughly reviewed to plan for the upgrade and they explain what COP files are required, along with all the process.

You need the following COP files before performing this upgrade:

• ciscocm.refresh_upgrade.cop

• ciscocm.version3-keys.cop

Also, there is a bug when upgrading to 11.5SU1 so I would go to SU2 at a minimum since there so another COP file required if you go to SU1.
