When the caller dial any extension through the call handler greeting, its routing to that extension. But once its answered its disconnecting automatically on both side.
Integration between CUCM & CUC is SIP Trunk.
- CUCM version: 10.5.2.10000-5 Unrestricted
- Cisco Unity Connection version: 10.5.2.10000-5 Unrestricted

Hi Firose,
if the call is disconnected as soon as it is answered then it could be most likely due to codec mismatch. Try setting G711 between IP phone, Unity Connection ports and gateway / trunk in region settings of device pool and see if it helps.

Hi,
I don't think the codec is the issue, because trunk is configured with g711u. And through the same trunk voicemail is working.

Trunk is just one part of the call flow, you need to check all the call legs and region settings to be sure about this.

I had resolved the issue by giving following details.
Partition & CSS
Partition : Internal >
Trunk CSS: Unity_Trunk_CSS
CUCM - CUC Trunk Configuration
Rerouting Calling Search Space: Unity_Trunk_CSS
Reset the trunk.
