Cisco Unity Express (CUE) V7.0 Call Handler, looking to forward the call to an extension right after you here the welcome message, don't want to support dial by extension, or dial by name, so outside caller only hears the welcome greeting, then automatically gets forward to an extension.
Do I need to use the CUE editor to formulate a script?
Or
Can this be achieved using a regular voicemail box?
Please can you advise?

Hi Jimihendrix1,
In CUE you achieve this by scripting in CUE Editor, this is simple, you just need to handle the call, use the Play Prompt step, use the Call Redirect Step to forward the call to the extension you want and end the call.

Thank you Dchavezs! I will give it a bash tomorrow morning, respond and let you know how I get on.
If you got any sample scripts that would be great, this will be the first time I will be using the CUE script editor, so all new to me.
